Are you at risk of becoming homeless? Are you or someone you know homeless and interested in getting housed? EPIC Community Resource Center now has Suncoast Partnership to End Homelessness Access Point staff at EPIC on Tuesdays and Thursdays for outreach and “Oneby1 Coordinated Entry Intake” serving Southern Sarasota County. A person who is homeless is placed on the "by name" list for rapid re-housing, permanent supportive housing and other important services. Please call 941-460-6022 to schedule an assessment. Together we are partnering to end homelessness.

Homeless individuals face limited access to medical care, and rough living conditions can worsen basic medical concerns. OTS has partnered with EPIC Community Resource Center and has opened a brick-and-mortar location for recuperative care!
